That is painful to look at.
Interestingly enough, that's the same dog only he got 65 pounds heavier in the second photo LOL.

Weight transferred through osmosis to the dog...  Grin How are you doing the weight loss? Anything special like low carb... or whatever?

Eat less, move more is the basis of it but the thing that helped me most is called a bodybugg (bodybugg.com). Helps me keep track of how many calories I burn so I just keep my intake 1000 a day less (or so).

I recently started working with a nutritionalist and personal trainer and they have changed me to whole foods, real proteins, fresh veggies etc. Mostly to help me build the strength back that I wrecked eating crap and to finish the weight loss.
